新型防攻击IC卡水表具备自动防护功能，当有磁场靠近或信号线被剪断时，执行机构接收控制器指令自动关阀，并显示“阀关”，“磁干扰”标记。

The new anti attack IC card water meter has the function of automatic protection. When the magnetic field is close or the signal line is cut off, the actuator receives the command from the controller to close the valve automatically, and displays "valve off" and "magnetic interference" marks.

用户需对智能水表周围环境进行检查，水表是否泡水、短线、或受到磁场攻击，处理后插卡打开阀门，如不能恢复，请通知维修管理部门检修。

The user needs to check the surrounding environment of the intelligent water meter to see if the water meter is soaked, short-term or attacked by magnetic field. After treatment, insert the card to open the valve. If it cannot be recovered, please inform the maintenance management department for maintenance.

在碰到智能水表不出水的情况，排除停水等外部因素影响，应及时插入用户卡查询剩余水量，当水表一切正常且余额充足时，液晶部分显示剩余水量与“阀开”标志。
